So Gabe and I finally had a Monday off together in early November and headed up Fraser to where the big ones hang out at this time of year. It took a few sets to find the fish. It was Gabe's choice as to where to drop the last set before heading home and when the rod went down the tilt was on! The boat started to get pulled and the anchor started to drag so we hauled it up and went mobile. The boat got pulled cross current towards the boom logs and then turned across current to deeper water. About 45 minutes and a lot of sweat later, Gabe beached this puppy!
